Digis is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep AWS and Kubernetes expertise to join a high-impact team and lead critical infrastructure initiatives for a fast-growing investment platform. About the Project: The product is a large-scale alternative investment platform offering access to asset classes like real estate, private credit, and art. Founded in 2015, the company is actively scaling its infrastructure, recently completing a major AWS migration and focusing on consolidating and modernizing DevOps processes. * Project Country & Time Zone: Malta (CET) * Project Stage: Mature product with an expanding infrastructure layer * Duration: 6 months with a high probability of extension to long-term if a match * Methodology: Kanban * The Team: You’ll join a cross-functional team including DevOps, Developers, Designers, and a CTO. One Salesforce Engineer from Digis is already part of the project.

Responsibilities: * Lead the migration to GitHub Actions for CI/CD across the engineering organization * Standardize infrastructure, retire outdated solutions like Argo Workflows * Maintain and expand a Kubernetes-based AWS infrastructure with Terraform and Helm * Reverse-engineer and version-control the existing configuration where needed * Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth deployments and environment stability * Mentor and support junior DevOps team members
Requirements: * AWS: 5+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure (multi-account setup, IAM, networking, etc.) * Kubernetes (EKS): 2+ years of experience managing containerized workloads in production * English: Sufficient for passing a technical interview in English * Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor less-experienced team members
