About the project DigitalSuits is seeking a seasoned QA Engineer to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous eye for detail, a passion for quality assurance, and a deep understanding of web testing methodologies. With a focus on ensuring the seamless functionality and user experience of e-commerce platform, this role is integral to achieving our mission of connecting businesses and consumers in a digital marketplace. Experience * A minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer. * At least 1.5 years of experience in the e-commerce domain. * Practical experience in Web testing. * Experience in functional and non-functional testing. * Experience in setting up QA processes from scratch. * Communication with clients and stakeholders, including demonstrating work results through demos and reports.
Technical skills * Good knowledge of testing theory. * Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). * Deep understanding of different testing approaches, principles, and types. * Strong skills in writing, analyzing, and maintaining QA documentation.
Additional skills * Ability to identify risks and devise mitigation strategies. * Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of time management. * Good communication and problem-solving skills. * Upper-Intermediate English level.
Will be a plus * Experience with Shopify.
Responsibilities * Contribute to manual and exploratory test coverage during release cycles. * Increase test coverage of functional requirements. * Create and maintain test documentation. * Report to stakeholders about results or demo conducting. * Set up and integrate QA processes in the current project state. * Work closely with developers to ensure effective testing.
