JOB BRIEF
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of coaching teams, facilitating Agile practices, and driving successful project delivery.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance within our teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver value to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
* Team Coaching: Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices, fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.
* Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
* Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on team performance metrics, such as Velocity, Burndown Charts, and Capacity, to drive data-driven decision-making.
* Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts within teams and foster a positive, collaborative working environment.
QUALIFICATION:
* 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
* Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
* Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe with hands-on implementation experience.
* Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
* Strong technical understanding of SDLC and experience working with engineering teams.
* Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
* Strong facilitation, coaching, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Leadership and mentoring skills to help teams reach self-sufficiency.
* Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
* Crypto/Blockchain knowledge is a strong advantage.
