IConduct is a global software company delivering IPaaS cloud software. We help businesses in a variety of verticals to create an environment for the seamless operation of their heterogeneous applications.
We are looking for a motivated L1 Support specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations that meet our customers’ dynamic business needs.
Your day-to-day activities will include: * Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via tickets, chats, and web conferences * Remote troubleshooting of on-prem IConduct platform or operating system issues that affect customers’ processes * Deployment and support of the IConduct system on a customer’s remote infrastructure * Collaboration with R&D and Delivery teams to ensure relevancy and top quality
We expect that you have: * 1±year experience in Technical Support in a software company; * Good command of English (upper-intermediate or higher); * Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills; * Practical experience with SOAP, and REST web services; * Experience with SQL (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL); * Basic administrative knowledge of Windows Server OS (both local and cloud: Azure/AWS). * Ability to comprehend and manage configuration files, log files, diagnostic tools, software versions, etc.
We consider a plus: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field; * Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Priority, and other ERP/CRM systems; * Basic knowledge of C# and .Net; * Experience with ZOHO Desk and Intercom customer service software; * Experience in troubleshooting cloud products or working in a SaaS/PaaS environment; * Good understanding of software development process and approaches.
