We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team! Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases based on product requirements and user stories. * Lead and own QA efforts for multiple projects or components. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, BI, SA) to clarify requirements and identify edge cases. * Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UI/UX, and acceptance testing. * Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (JIRA). * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to test planning and estimation. * Assist in root cause analysis and post-release verification of production issues. * Advocate for quality across the development lifecycle and help improve QA best practices.
Required Qualifications: * Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. * Experience writing and executing test cases * Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum environments. * Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail. * Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working with cross-functional global teams. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger. * Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to validate backend data.
