We are looking for an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to join our leadership team and spearhead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, a passion for growth, and the ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
— 6+ years of experience in marketing. — 2+ years in senior marketing roles (CMO, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Head of Growth) — Experience with B2B SaaS products. — Advanced English level. — Experience creating and implementing marketing strategies from scratch. — Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. — Solid experience in SEO. — Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools and cold email platforms. — Experience in content creation, event planning, webinar coordination, website management, lead conversion optimization, and brand management. — Dynamic, proactive leader with a passion for driving results and inspiring teams.
Responsibilities:
— Audit existing marketing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. — Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and integrated with product and sales strategies. — Drive digital marketing campaigns across marketing channels (e.g. social media, influencer/creator marketing, paid ads, content marketing) — Set measurable marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure accountability. — Work closely with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals — Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Support, SEO and Partnership teams to help develop our product brand with a user-first mindset — Oversee product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends. — Launch and manage marketing campaigns (e.g., inbound marketing, content marketing, paid media, webinars, etc) to attract high-quality leads — Develop high-quality marketing materials necessary for the effective execution of the strategy, including but not limited to landing pages, banners, videos, email templates, social media creatives, case studies, white papers, infographics, sales decks, blog posts, ensuring alignment with the brand and marketing objectives. — Optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation processes to ensure efficient handover to the sales team — Control the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum impact. — Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
