KeetCode is a Ukraine-rooted company founded in early 2022 by experienced IT entrepreneurs. We are developing our own outstanding team engagement HR system. The system is growing fast and becoming more powerful with new features, which are based on solid ground of coding best practices and team feedback culture.
Now, we are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer who will explore and apply artificial intelligence to improve both our product and internal operations. You’ll work on identifying AI use cases across the product, automating processes, integrating AI services, and researching market trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
* Research and evaluate the latest AI/ML/NLP technologies and trends.
* Propose and prototype AI use cases that enhance product functionality or automate internal workflows.
* Design and implement AI-powered features using APIs
* Stay up-to-date with the AI landscape and propose emerging solutions with real business value.
* Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to embed AI seamlessly into user flows.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development.
* Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
* Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI APIs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc).
* Ability to rapidly build working prototypes (PoCs) and validate their feasibility.
* Experience with automation of business processes or product features.
* Previous experience applying AI to real tasks: text generation, data analysis, image/video processing, etc
* English: at least intermediate (B1) level.
Nice to have:
* Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, etc
* Building custom automation flows
