Work Schedule:
This is a remote position with a fixed schedule aligned to the New York time zone (EST).
Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Ukrainian time)
Friday: 5:00 PM — 12:00 AM (Ukrainian time)

About the Projects:
This is an in-house role working across a group of US-focused websites: two SaaS products, one service-based site, and a small eCommerce store.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Junior SEO Specialist to assist our SEO Manager with tactical SEO tasks and day-to-day project execution.
You’ll have access to a clear growth roadmap, top-tier SEO tools, and continuous mentorship. This hands-on role involves real US-based projects and offers practical experience in SEO strategy and execution — with the opportunity to grow into an independent contributor.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Some hands-on experience in a similar role (internship, junior, or junior+ level).
• Understanding of how search engines work, key ranking factors, and the fundamentals of SEO strategy.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Ads Keyword Planner, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar alternatives.
• Confidence working with Google Sheets, Docs, and using basic formulas for data handling.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assist in developing SEO strategies, including competitor analysis, market research, and identifying seasonal trends.
• Execute tactical SEO tasks such as generating content using AI, writing meta tags, expanding site structure, conducting keyword research and clustering, selecting backlink opportunities, analyzing data, and performing mini audits.
• Collect data from various SEO tools and contribute to regular reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the SEO Manager and support day-to-day SEO activities across multiple projects.
Bonus Points:
It’s a plus if you have:
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics 4.
• Some experience with conducting technical SEO audits.
