Currently, we are looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist! In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in finding and hiring talented professionals who align with our values and contribute to our mission.

ABOUT YOU We’re looking for a motivated professional with the following qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of success. Experience in global recruitment and knowledge of the specifics of marketing roles is a strong advantage. * English proficiency at B2+ level—strong communication skills are a must. * Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. * Skilled in collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand needs, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring goals. * Passionate about ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. * Proven achievements in improving recruitment processes or collaboration with Hiring Managers—whether by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting changes, or leading improvement initiatives. * Experience in a product company is preferred, as familiarity with dynamic and fast-paced environments is a plus.
YOUR AREAS OF IMPACT As a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities include: * Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes. * Partnering with Hiring Managers to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals. * Leveraging recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent. * Maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience, ensuring all applicants feel valued and informed. * Using data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Driving and managing additional projects (e.g., referral program refresh, collaboration with the employer brand team, process improvements).
