Product Designer (UX/UI) — Digital Automotive Platform

We’re building an advanced Digital Retail Platform for automotive dealerships — a next-gen solution that transforms how customers explore, compare, and purchase vehicles online. Our platform includes both customer-facing web experiences (eCommerce-style) and a powerful backend dashboard for inventory, promotions, and marketing automation.
Position Overview

What You’ll Do * Design frontend customer experiences (e.g. vehicle search, checkout, promotions, personalization) * Craft intuitive and scalable backend admin tools (inventory management, analytics dashboards, rule engines) * Work closely with product managers to shape ideas into wireframes, user flows, and hi-fi designs * Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life — and iterate quickly * Maintain a design system that ensures consistency, scalability, and flexibility * Solve complex UX challenges through data, feedback, and experimentation * Balance usability with visual clarity in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment * Design AI Interfaces
Ideal Candidate * 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design * Experience designing complex web platforms, SaaS dashboards, or eCommerce systems * You’re obsessed with simplifying complexity. * Deep empathy for both end-users (customers) and internal users (dealers/admins) * Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction patterns, and responsive design * Fluent in Figma, prototyping, component libraries * Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments * Excellent communication skills — easy to work with, open to feedback, highly collaborative * Proactive problem-solver. You don’t wait for instructions — you propose ideas. * Real UX thinking (not just pretty UIs) * Systems thinking — how you built scalable solutions
Bonus Points * Automotive / eCommerce / B2B platform experience * Knowledge of user research, A/B testing, or behavioral analytics * Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS, React, Vue).
