Smart Leads Specialist / Cold-Email Automation Expert
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
About Us: We’re a fast-moving product and outsourcing software agency building cutting-edge tools for client acquisition. We’re looking for a lead generation pro who can take full ownership of cold outreach systems—leveraging modern tooling, data enrichment platforms, and cold-email infrastructure to build scalable pipelines.
Role Overview:
Lead Sourcing & Enrichment
* Use Clay (plus tools like Apollo, ListKit, etc.) to build targeted lead lists.
* Clean data, deduplicate, enrich with firmographics/technographics.
* Continuously refine our ICP based on campaign performance.
Email Infrastructure
* Set up and maintain sending domains, warm-up processes.
* Handle SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox rotation, and SP G testing.
Cold Email Automation
* Build automated cold-email systems using Smartlead or custom setups (preferably with n8n).
* Integrate data pipelines, CRM syncing, enrichment APIs, and spreadsheet workflows.
Sequences & Personalization
* Create and test multi-step email sequences using spintax, variables, and A/B logic.
* Integrate AI-based personalization using GPT, Claude, etc.
Performance Tracking
* Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, opens/replies, and domain health.
* Continuously optimize campaign performance using data benchmarks.
Reporting
* Provide weekly performance dashboards and campaign summaries.
* Deliver updates via Loom and Slack.
Strategic Work with Upwork
* If your role also includes strategizing Upwork leads, managing and optimizing lead acquisition there will be a core part of your success metrics.
Looking for Someone Who:
* Has Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English.
* Is a strong English writer, organized, and autonomous.
Bonus Points:
* Experience with n8n, logic branching, webhooks, and API automation.
* Hands-on with AI-assisted personalization (via GPT/Claude).
* Has worked in an agency or handled multiple client accounts.
