itAdviser is looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and optimizing the development, deployment, and operation of our internal and client-facing projects. You will work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines, high availability, and secure infrastructure across multiple environments.
The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization, and has a proven track record in delivering robust DevOps solutions in dynamic project environments.
Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects. * Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using tools like Terraform or Ansible. * Monitor and optimize system performance, uptime, and scalability across staging and production environments. * Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean or Azure) to ensure cost-effective and secure operations. * Collaborate with software engineers and QA to streamline development and release processes. * Set up and manage observability tools (monitoring, logging, alerting) to ensure system health and rapid incident response. * Establish and enforce security best practices and compliance across infrastructure and deployments. * Continuously evaluate and adopt modern DevOps tools and practices to improve team productivity.
Technical Requirements: * Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar. * Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible. * Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Digital Ocean or Microsoft Azure). * Familiarity with monitoring/logging stacks such as Prometheus + Grafana, ELK, or Datadog. * Good knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.). * Understanding of networking, load balancing, firewalls, and DNS.
Additional Qualifications: * Experience with security, compliance, and disaster recovery practices. * Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or other managed data services. * Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional project environments.
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years of DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering experience.
