StairwaySoft, an Israeli-Ukrainian engineering provider of custom software solutions for SMBs and startups, is looking for a Junior IT Recruiter.
Responsibilities * Assist in the full-cycle IT recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies. * Utilize HR platforms, job boards, and social media to identify and engage top talent. * Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. * Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams. * Maintain and update candidate databases to track applications and hiring progress. * Support employer branding initiatives to attract the best IT professionals.
Requirements * 1+ year of experience as a recruiter, HR, or in other relevant position (not necessarily in IT). * Intermediate+ level of English proficiency. * Basic understanding of the IT hiring process and recruitment lifecycle. * Familiarity with HR platforms and job boards used in the Eastern European market. * Soft skills: result-driven, diligent, and resilient to rejections.
