Want to design mobile apps that don’t just look great but actually solve real user problems every day?
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Middle+ UI/UX Designer for our partner company — someone who’s passionate about mobile products that are simple, useful, and beautiful. You think like a user, act like a product owner, and review like an art director.If that sounds like you — this role might be the perfect fit.
What will you do: * Designing user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS / Android). * Conducting competitor and niche research to generate UX ideas. * Creating user flows, prototypes, and interface mockups in Figma. * Developing design systems and reusable components. * Designing static creatives for marketing purposes (banners, icons, store screenshots). * Contributing to product and marketing teams via collaborative design reviews. * Mentoring and supporting junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
What we expect from you: * Strong UI/UX design skills with a focus on mobile applications (iOS / Android). * Competitor and market analysis, identifying UX patterns and ideas. * Building user flows, prototypes, and layouts in Figma. * Creation of design systems and reusable components. * Adaptation of designs for quick marketing campaigns and A/B tests. * Preparation of static marketing creatives (banners, store screenshots, icons). * Basic motion design skills using Lottie, Rive, Cupcat, or similar tools. * Active participation in team design reviews, communication with product managers, developers, and marketers. * Ability to mentor and provide quality feedback to junior designers.
Personal qualities: * High level of independence in task execution. * Strong prioritization skills, especially when working with large amounts of creatives. * Proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization. * Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. * Ability to provide constructive feedback and support team growth.
