We are looking for a Data Operations Associate to join a fast-growing AI-driven B2B platform that serves large enterprise clients in the financial sector. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product delivery, and customer success. You will be part of a cross-functional delivery team working closely with R&D, Customer Success, and Product to configure and optimize AI models, track their performance, and ensure seamless onboarding and operations for our clients.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys delving into data, uncovering insights, and contributing to real-world AI solutions that have a tangible business impact. Responsibilities: * AI Prompt & Model Configuration Development, testing, and optimisation of LLM prompts to detect regulatory violations in calls and marketing materials. Configuring AI models on the platform according to the specifics of each client in the financial sector. * Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring Measurement of model performance using SQL, Python, and BI tools. Create automated reports, aggregate LLM output results in JSON/CSV formats. * Innovation & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to optimise computing costs (e.g., through the effective use of Claude APIs, GPT, etc.). Participation in the creation of internal best practices for transcription, prompting, and processing. * Customer Health: Monitor customer health metrics and streamline onboarding processes to ensure seamless ongoing operations. * Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, R&D, and Sales teams to maximize business impact.
Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent experience/training. * 1-2 years of experience in customer delivery, data analysis, or data science within a tech environment. * Experience with SQL and Python. * Understanding of the principles of LLM (GPT, Claude, Mistral) and the ability to create effective promos. * Ability to read, interpret, and structure textual data (e.g., call transcripts, marketing content). * Experience in text data mining, metrics configuration, and cost analysis. * Business and Results Oriented. * Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. * Self-motivated team player eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. * Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
