IGaming product is looking for a Gamification Marketing Manager to join the team to work on the brand. We need a person with successful experience in a similar position in a product (gambling/betting verticals).
Requirements: * At least 2 years in marketing, with at least 1 year focusing on gamification strategies in a gambling/betting niche * Proficiency in analyzing user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion data to inform gamification strategies * Familiarity with web development processes and tools to communicate effectively with the development team * Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design unique and impactful gamification features * Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication for clear collaboration across teams and reporting to stakeholders * Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru — native/fluent level
Main Responsibilities: * Develop and implement gamification initiatives to improve user retention, engagement, and conversion rates * Collaborate with the design and development teams to create engaging game-like elements that align with our target audience and brand identity * Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of gamification campaigns, using KPIs and user feedback to optimize performance * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and innovative gamification techniques to keep product ahead in the market * Coordinate with content and product teams to seamlessly integrate gamified features into the website’s overall architecture * Conduct experiments and usability testing to refine gamification elements and improve user experiences * Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align gamification efforts with broader business objectives
