IGaming product is looking for a skilled Promo/Bonus Manager to join the team to work on the brand. We need a person with successful experience in a similar position in a product (gambling/betting verticals).
Requirements: * At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar position; * At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry; * Understanding of bonuses, including those designed for SMM campaigns, retention promotions, loyalty programs, tournaments, loot boxes, and other gaming mechanics; * Experience with Tier 1 markets; * Experience working with the SoftSwiss platform (will be a plus); * Ability to create and optimize bonus systems and promotions; * Ability to analyze competitor activities; * Skills in decomposing and planning complex tasks; * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic industry; * Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions from it; * Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru — native/fluent level.
Main Responsibilities: * Developing and implementing effective promo/bonus strategies; * Designing and optimizing bonus programs to maximize user engagement and retention; * Managing the event calendar: planning, task setting, and informing the team about activities, bonuses, and non-bonus communications; * Analyzing the results and impact of promo campaigns on customers; * Collaborating with the operations team, designers, email marketers, and content managers to bring ideas to life; * Monitoring metrics such as total bets, user engagement in activities, and bonus utilization.
