We’re opening the position of a Solution QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer to join the team of our Customers’ projects. They provide SaaS solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning & execution, process automation, and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading ML and AI for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across businesses. Responsibilities: * Provide consultation of product usability and functionality to the Customer * Own and execute end-to-end QA processes for ETL pipelines, including thorough data validation (inputs, outputs, transformations, and business rules) * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their feedback/needs and translate them into clear documentation * Work closely with Architects, UI/UX Designers, Development Team and other stakeholders (technical and non-technical) in a collaborative and cross-functional manner * Investigate and report defects across API, UI, and data layers * Provide technical assistance in resolving and documenting of tech impediments * Conduct demonstrations of product/service functionality for stakeholders and Customers * Effectively communicate the product features, benefits, and value proposition * Work closely with the team to ensure that the product is well-tested and ready for release * Manage the Customer’s feedback to ensure that the product is released on time and meets the Customer’s needs * Help create effective product documentation (including user guides, configuration guides, etc.)
Requirements: * 4+ years of commercial experience in IT * Experience working with automation testing * Experience with Java * Strong and comprehensive understanding of various requirements gathering techniques * Understanding of technical tasks (e.g. macros, environment setup), reading JSON/XML, and working with APIs * Knowledge of Technical foundation: SQL, basic cloud concepts, integration patterns, and strong communication/documentation skills * Ability to understand the product end-to-end functionality and to communicate it to the team * Self-organization and proactivity * Experience using Jira and Confluence * English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Will be a plus: * Familiarity with One Network and Supply Chain Control Tower * Understanding of typical Supply chain processes, particularly in automotive, manufacturing planning
