We’re a young and fast-growing company making waves in the iGaming industry. Right now, we’re launching a project to build our own technical solution from the ground up, and we’re looking for a Frontend Team Lead to help us bring our vision to life.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience as a Front-end Team Lead or Tech Lead * Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, including modularity principles and functional programming * Strong proficiency with React, Form, Remix, Jotai, Tailwind CSS, and i18next * Experience building multi-branded interfaces or white-label products * Hands-on experience designing scalable front-end architecture with SSR and code-splitting * Experience working with REST APIs and WebSockets * Practical knowledge of CI/CD and code quality control tools * Experience with build optimization * Ability to work with bug tracking and logging systems * Knowledge of architectural patterns
Responsibilities * Leading the front-end development team: task planning, code reviews, mentoring, and team development * Developing, maintaining, and evolving the project’s front-end architecture * Maintaining and scaling a multi-site configuration system: styles, features, functions, and resources * Optimizing performance, UX, and loading speed * Collaborating with backend developers, designers, QA, and product managers * Ensuring high code quality * Supporting CI/CD processes and overseeing release stability * Participating in technical planning, task decomposition, and architectural decision-making
