Akvelon is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team.

Your responsibilities: * Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent. * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. * Develop and sustain a candidate pipeline while managing candidate data effectively. * Continuously update your market knowledge across our key service areas. * Recruit talent across Ukrainian, EU, Middle Eastern, and LATAM IT labor markets.
What we’re looking for: * 3+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment within an outsourcing environment. * Hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. * Successful track record of hiring in Ukraine, the EU, and other markets. * Ability to design effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels, build diverse talent pools (including passive candidates), and maintain strong pipelines. * Extensive experience in pre-screening, conducting interviews, and delivering feedback. * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. * Excellent time-management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines. * Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
