We’re looking for a Project Manager for a part-time cooperation who’s ready to take ownership of several digital projects from day one. Your main focus will be building effective processes at the early stages, creating the foundation for stable growth and continuous improvement. If you enjoy managing multiple workflows, setting structure where there was none, and driving real impact, this role at Boosta might be exactly what you’re looking for.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in Agile project management.
— Understanding of SEO principles.
— Proficiency with Google Analytics and Search Console.
— Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
— At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Must Have:
— Proven working experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Nice to Have:
— Experience in affiliate marketing and link-building strategies.
— Background in product-based companies. Agile methodology certification.

— Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
— Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
Responsibilities:
— Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
— Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced Agile environment.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and SEO teams.
— Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
— Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
— Ensure efficient resource allocation and workload distribution.
— Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and team members.
— Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to track tasks and performance.
— Continuously improve workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and team productivity.
