Job Description:
CIDT is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team and support the development of web applications and integrations for B2B platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in modern web technologies and a strong desire to grow in both frontend and backend development. You’ll collaborate with experienced developers and gain real-world experience working with modern architectures and tools.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain features across both the frontend and backend * Assist in building REST APIs and integrating third-party services * Write clean, well-documented, and testable code using TypeScript * Participate in code reviews and agile development processes * Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to read/write application data * Apply best practices in basic security and error handling * Continuously learn and apply new tools and techniques
Required Skills * 0.5–2 years of experience in full-stack or web development * Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript * Experience with React and a basic understanding of Next.js * Basic experience with Node.js (preferably Express or NestJS) * Familiar with REST API development and consumption * Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB * Understanding of authentication concepts (JWT, API keys) * Familiar with Git and version control best practices * English — Intermediate level or higher
Nice to Have * Exposure to Redis, Docker, or task queues (BullMQ) * Familiarity with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE) * Awareness of security risks like XSS/CSRF and how to prevent them * Previous experience integrating any third-party APIs
