B2X Software is looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts and help us grow our global client base. This role is centered around LinkedIn lead generation, focusing on identifying and engaging decision-makers across international markets.
This role combines direct lead generation with light LinkedIn-focused content creation to support outreach and brand visibility. You will be responsible not only for direct outreach but also for creating and publishing engaging and expert content through LinkedIn profiles to support brand visibility and lead nurturing.
You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team, improve your outreach strategies over time, and be part of a company that values initiative, ownership, and smart, authentic communication. This is a great opportunity to grow into a sales, marketing, or business development role in the future. Key Responsibilities: _ Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers via LinkedIn and other platforms. _ Craft and send personalized outreach messages tailored to our Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs). _ Schedule intro calls and coordinate handoffs to the business development team. _ Track and manage lead data using CRM or outreach tools. _ Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn (personal and/or company profiles) to support visibility, engagement, and thought leadership. _ Analyze performance of outreach and content efforts to improve conversion and engagement rates. _ Stay up to date with our services — eCommerce, CMS, Mobile Apps, AI Solutions — to effectively communicate our value to prospects. What We’re Looking For: _ A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity. _ Excellent written communication skills in English. _ Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform for both outreach and content. _ Basic understanding of content creation or willingness to learn (text, visuals, scheduling). _ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. _ Interest in growing into a business development, marketing, or sales role over time.
