We are looking for a proactive and creative Middle Marketing Manager to join our team and help attract new outsourcing and outstaffing clients. This role focuses on content-driven inbound marketing, email campaigns, SEO, and maintaining our company’s online presence.

You Will * Create and manage content for the company website, including case studies, landing pages, and service descriptions. * Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve visibility and organic traffic. * Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for hot, warm, and future leads. * Manage and update company profiles on Clutch and similar B2B directories. * Track and analyze key performance indicators across marketing channels to drive improvements. * Prepare marketing materials such as sales one-pagers, pitch decks, and other collateral in cooperation with the sales team. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and support business development.
You Have * 3+ years of experience in IT or B2B digital marketing (outsourcing/outstaffing experience is a strong plus). * Strong skills in content creation and website content management. * Experience with on-page SEO and familiarity with keyword tools and best practices. * Practical experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). * Experience working with or managing Clutch and B2B review platforms. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights. * Good writing and communication skills in English (Intermediate+). * Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage projects independently.
