We are looking for an experienced and strategic Organic Growth Lead to drive non-paid user acquisition and expand our organic reach.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about mobile gaming and experienced in developing creative, data-driven strategies to grow organic traffic. You will be responsible for experimenting with new channels, optimizing existing strategies, and working cross-functionally with SEO, Content, PR, and Influencer marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: * Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase organic traffic and user acquisition for mobile games. * Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, content, PR, and influencer marketing teams to optimize external resources for organic search. * Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and track industry trends to identify opportunities. * Content & Partnerships: Lead content marketing initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and traffic growth. * Innovative Growth Hacking: Identify and test unconventional channels for organic user acquisition. * Viral Content Generation: Develop and test viral content strategies across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms. * Community Engagement: Grow organic channels, including TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord. * Analytics & Optimization: Define KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency. * User Funnel Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the organic traffic funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion rates.
Our ideal candidate should have: * 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in mobile apps or gaming. * Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and influencer marketing. * Hands-on experience in mobile app growth strategies beyond ASO. * Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. * Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset. * Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams [PR, ASO, analytics, content].
Preferred Skills: * Experience working with viral content marketing and social media growth strategies. * Strong knowledge of community-driven marketing [forums, thematic communities]. * Understanding of performance marketing and user funnel analysis. * Ability to think outside the box and experiment with unconventional growth tactics.
