We are looking for a Middle SEO Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective SEO strategies; * Drive websites to top positions in Google and maintain high rankings; * Create comprehensive content and link-building plans; * Analyze SERPs and competitor strategies to inform SEO efforts; * Achieve defined KPIs, monitor SEO performance, and prepare detailed reports; * Plan and optimize SEO-related expenditures; * Research and test SEO hypotheses, including new traffic acquisition sources.
Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in the gambling industry in a related SEO role; * Demonstrated success in promoting websites in grey or highly competitive niches over the last 3–6 months; * Experience managing multiple GEOs, including proven success in the EU market, and handling SEO for large portfolios of websites; * Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors; * Ability to respond quickly to algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly; * Strong grasp of website development principles and technical infrastructure; * Experience dealing with search engine filters, manual actions, and domain-level penalties; * Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization best practices; * Practical experience with link-building: evaluating backlink quality, building anchor lists, and working with external platforms; * Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian; * Intermediate level of English.
Nice to have: * Hands-on experience with WordPress, including full website setup and configuration; * Strong knowledge of both on-page and off-page technical SEO optimization; * фExperience creating and assigning technical briefs for content, development, and analytics — as well as overseeing task execution; * Proven success operating across diverse GEOs; * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams; * Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to uncover root causes and identify actionable solutions; * Understanding of the cost-to-quality ratio when it comes to backlinks and domain acquisitions; * Familiarity with alternative or grey-hat SEO strategies.
