We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Lean principles, ensuring seamless collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities: * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Guide teams in Agile best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and high efficiency. * Act as a servant leader, removing obstacles and enabling teams to deliver high-value solutions. * Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across cross-functional teams. * Work closely with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog. * Ensure Agile principles are followed while adapting to the needs of the organization. * Monitor and report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. * Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban methodologies. * Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. * Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. * Deep understanding of Agile metrics and reporting techniques. * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. * Ability to drive Agile transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Will be a plus: * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. * Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS. * Background in software development or engineering. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
