We are seeking a passionate and experienced Typescript Technical Lead with a strong background in React to drive our front-end development efforts. In this role, you’ll lead our technical initiatives, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure our web applications meet the highest standards of performance and quality. While your leadership will guide the technical direction of our front-end projects, you will also contribute hands-on coding to maintain a robust and dynamic development environment.
We’re also open to considering Strong Senior-Level Candidates with similiar experience who are ready to step into a lead role.

What you’ll be working on
Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
— Serve as the go-to expert for our front-end technology stack, focusing on TypeScript and React.
— Lead architectural discussions and code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and technical excellence is maintained.
— Mentor and guide team members, helping them grow their skills and improve their performance.
— Provide estimations and impact our new features on the early concept stages
Hands-On Development:
— Write, review, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code.
— Implement innovative features and enhancements while balancing speed and quality.
— Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Project Oversight & Process Improvement:
— Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and other technical leads to plan, prioritize, and execute front-end initiatives.
— Champion agile practices by actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
— Identify and drive process improvements, from optimizing development workflows to refining deployment practices.
Innovation & Continuous Learning:
— Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, TypeScript, and React (Don’t like it? Feel free to drive the change!).
— Experiment with new tools and methodologies to continuously enhance our development process and product offerings.
— Contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmaps that align with our company’s goals.
Must-have skills and experience Technical Expertise:
— Proven experience in developing and managing complex web applications using TypeScript and React.
— Solid understanding of modern front-end development workflows, tools, and best practices.
— Hands-on experience with feature rich UI.
— Deep understanding of GQL.
— Familiarity with automated testing (Playwright) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite) is the must.
Leadership & Collaboration:
— Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or senior developer with a strong track record of mentoring teams.
— Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach.
— Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Skills:
— Experience with cloud environments (preferably GCP and Kubernetes) is advantageous.
— A background in API integration and an understanding of backend processes are a plus.
— Passion for the gaming industry or experience with gaming-related applications is highly desirable.
