Position Overview:We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Automation specialist to join our team in Kiev or Ivano-Frankivsk Ukraine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing, with significant experience in B2C industries. Experience with WhatsApp chatbots is a plus.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute with team lead comprehensive marketing automation strategies across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. * Utilize marketing automation tools to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. * Create and manage WhatsApp chatbot flows to enhance customer engagement and experience. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation efforts with overall business goals. * Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. * Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and B2C marketing.
Qualifications: * Proven experience in email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing, particularly in B2C industries. * Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms and tools. * Experience with WhatsApp chatbots is a significant advantage. * Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns. * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. * Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members is an advantage. * Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
