About the Role As Legal Officer, you’ll safeguard Gravira’s expansion into Tier-1 jurisdictions, manage licensing, contracts, AML/KYC frameworks, and brand/IP matters while acting as the first point of contact for regulators and external counsel. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and renew the Curaçao licence; liaise with external legal partners and regulators. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (affiliate, supplier, PSP, marketing). * Oversee AML/KYC, GDPR, and data-protection processes across all markets. * Advise founders on legal risks for new GEO launches (CA, EU, AU). * Own and update customer-facing Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. * Protect Gravira’s intellectual property and brand assets worldwide.
Required Skills & Experience * 5 + years in legal roles within iGaming, fintech, or tech companies. * Hands-on experience in international B2C contracts and IP / brand protection. * Involvement in licensing processes (preferably Curaçao, MGA or similar). * Strong understanding of AML KYC regulations and advertising compliance. * Excellent English for board and regulator communication (other languages a plus).
Nice to Have * Exposure to Canadian or Australian gambling regulations. * Prior work on crypto-related payment/KYC frameworks. * LL.M. or specialised certification in gaming/fintech law.
