Professional Experience: * 1–3 years in business analysis, product operations, QA, or internal platform / tooling roles * Familiarity with Agile (Kanban/Scrum) * Previous experience working with internal teams or technical stakeholders
Skills & Knowledge: * Experience working with operational dashboards, admin tools, or automation flows * Ability to gather and refine requirements from multiple internal users * Experience documenting user journeys and system flows * Familiarity with ticketing systems, logs, or error tracking
Communication: * Strong English (spoken and written) * Proactive mindset with ability to work across departments * Curious, analytical, and structured thinking
Will definitely be a plus: * Experience with CI / CD tooling, monitoring platforms, or DevOps workflows * Exposure to email infrastructure or related technologies * Previous experience in QA, technical support, or incident tracking systems

You will be involved into: * Work with Product Owners and engineers to improve tooling and workflows used across Spacemail and Private Email ecosystems * Refine backlog items related to internal dashboards, automation tools, or admin features * Collaborate with stakeholders from TechOps, DevOps, QA, and customer support teams * Ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and tested * Participate in agile ceremonies and continuously iterate based on internal user feedback
