We’re looking for a Senior Release Manager to join our incredible team and take the lead in coordinating and managing software releases across development, staging, and production environments. If you’re passionate about smooth deployments, automation, and working at the heart of cross-functional collaboration — we’d love to meet you! What We’re Looking For: * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and version control systems * Scripting skills in Python, Node.js, Go, or similar * Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) * Mid-level Linux knowledge (CLI, configuration, automation) * Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and software release lifecycle * Experience in troubleshooting and managing infrastructure services * Fluent English and strong coordination/communication skills
Nice to Have: * Previous experience in a senior DevOps or release engineering role * Exposure to Agile delivery environments * Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities across global locations
What You’ll Be Doing: * Coordinate and oversee release processes across development, QA, and production environments * Manage automation pipelines and ensure reliable deployment flows * Troubleshoot and resolve release-related issues (services like Apache, Tomcat, NGINX) * Collaborate closely with engineers, DevOps, and product teams * Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD and release governance
