We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our team of skilled WordPress developers who build high-performance, scalable websites with custom themes and clean code — not page builders or plugin-heavy solutions.
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in aligning technical implementation with business goals, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, QA, and clients to manage expectations, streamline communication, and drive projects forward.
Responsibilities
— Coordinate and manage WordPress development projects from planning to delivery.
— Facilitate communication between clients, developers, designers, and QA.
— Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
— Monitor timelines, scope, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
— Oversee implementation of technical solutions aligned with performance, SEO, and security standards.
— Support developers in managing Cloudflare, Google Tag Manager, RankMath, and other integrations.
— Track project progress, report status updates, and handle risks or blockers proactively.
— Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and project goals.
Requirements
— 2+ years of experience managing web development or IT projects.
— Understanding of WordPress development processes (preferably custom theme development).
— Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
— Strong communication and organizational skills.
— Familiarity with web technologies such as SCSS, Bootstrap, Google Tag Manager, Cloudflare, and SEO tools.
— Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana).
— Ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations independently.
— English B2 (upper-intermediate or higher).
Nice to Have
— Previous experience in performance- and SEO-driven website projects.
— Basic knowledge of WordPress ecosystem (custom themes, plugins, security).
— Familiarity with UX/UI principles and QA workflows.
— Basic understanding of Git/version control.
We Offer
— Opportunity to contribute to decision-making on project direction.
— Dynamic and challenging tasks.
— A professional and collaborative team environment.
— Competitive salary.
— Low bureaucracy.
— Opportunities for continuous learning and self-development.
— Long-term cooperation with paid vacation and social benefits.
