Role Responsibilities * Be responsible for the whole end-to-end talent acquisition process * Work with a wide range of positions — from trainee to lead-level * Publish job postings and process incoming applications * Act as a talent acquisition consultant to hiring managers * Take ownership of the process of hiring until the job contract is signed * Take part in designing and implementing TA processes and policies * Act as a talent sourcing specialist to improve department results * Participate in Employee Branding development
Role Requirements * 3+ years of experience in tech/non-tech talents acquisition worldwide * Successful hiring experience of UA/US/EU citizens * Strong understanding of a full cycle of the recruitment processes and SDLC * Solid experience with different recruiting tools and platforms: CleverStaff, ClickUp would be a great plus here * Experience in conducting different types of interviews * Strong communication skills: English level B2+ * Ability to self-driven learning and ownership of the results * Ability to work in a team as well as individually * Good sense of humor and positive life approach
Daily schedule
Our company supports work-life balance and allows you to tailor your schedule, which consists of 8 working hours and time for lunch. Shared business hours for most of our teams are 12pm — 7pm CET.
