As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Agile product teams by owning and managing the product backlog and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business value. You will serve as the voice of the customer and ensure that team efforts align with business goals and user needs. LOCATION: Lviv, Ukraine (onsite at a brand-new office in BC “Natsionalnyy”) and remote working option RESPONSIBILITIES: * Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with strategic goals. * Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions. * Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility. * Collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and other Product Owners to deliver high-quality product increments. * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices, particularly SAFe. * Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product direction. * Ensure transparency and effective communication across all involved teams.
REQUIREMENTS: * 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments. * Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, with hands-on experience working in Agile teams. * Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments is required. * Proficiency in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature prioritization. * Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and balance business and technical considerations. * Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Strong communication skills — both verbal and written. * Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Azure DevOps. * English — Advanced, both written and verbal.
