We are seeking a driven, proactive, and highly organized Presales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ambition for growth and a collaborative mindset, working closely with the delivery department to successfully drive engagement cases. This role requires experience in managing outsource leads, crafting compelling proposals,and ensuring a seamless transition of leads into the delivery phase. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads provided by the sales/marketing teams. * Analyze client needs and opportunities to craft tailored, high-quality proposals. * Conduct initial estimations and contribute to resource planning and feasibility assessments. * Lead or support discovery phases to shape solution strategies and define project scope. * Perform solution fit/gap analysis and advise on potential approaches and trade-offs. * Facilitate a smooth handover from presales to delivery, ensuring clear documentation and expectations. * Collaborate with internal experts (sales, delivery, technical leads) to ensure the competitiveness and viability of proposals. * Participate in client calls and presentations, clearly communicating the value and proposed direction. * Maintain structured communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements: * Experience in presales, engagement, or project management roles within the IT outsourcing industry. * Strong understanding of proposal creation, estimation, resource planning, and client engagement. * Ability to conduct client and opportunity analysis and identify the best-fit solutions. * Excellent storytelling and pitching skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to confidently manage trade-offs and align diverse stakeholder interests. * Comfortable operating in fast-paced, uncertain environments; demonstrates flexibility, initiative, and ownership. * Advanced level of English (written and spoken) for effective communication with global stakeholders
