Job Brief We are looking for a Product UX/UI Designer (Web&Mob) who is passionate about solving real user problems with simple and elegant design. You will work closely with Product Managers and Developers to deliver high-quality experiences across our web and mobile platforms. As a designer at Paybis, you will help define product vision, improve UX flows, and ensure a cohesive brand experience in the crypto/fintech space. Key Responsibilities * Create end-to-end product design: from discovery to final handoff * Conduct UX research, user testing, and data-driven iterations * Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes * Contribute to and maintain our design system and UI kit * Ensure consistency across touchpoints (desktop, mobile, email) * Present and defend design decisions with clear rationale
Requirements * 5+ years of experience as a Product UX/UI Designer (Web&Mob), ideally in a fintech or crypto environment. * Strong portfolio with web & mobile. * Proficiency in Figma. Motion design skills (e.g., Figma, Jitter, Lottie, AF) are a plus. * Understand of user-centered design. * UX research, wireframe, prototype. * Create, support and update design systems. * Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus. * Fluent in English. * Proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
