Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in IT HR (employee adaptation, engagement, retention, offboarding). • Proven experience in organizing and implementing HR processes. • Strong expertise in employer branding initiatives. • Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and action planning. • Ability to build and maintain effective internal communication channels.
Responsibilities: Employee Experience & Engagement: • Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employer brand. • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and internal events. • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on results. • Provide support and consulting for managers on people management and retention strategies.
HR Operations & Process Automation: • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, offboarding). • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. • Optimize and automate HR processes to improve efficiency. • Maintain HR documentation and reports with high accuracy.
International Employee Support: • Provide HR support to foreign employees, ensuring smooth integration. • Assist with work permits, relocation, and adaptation processes.
