We’re looking for a Strong Junior UX/UI Designer to join our in-house design team and grow through hands-on experience across a variety of exciting products from different countries and industries.
If you’re proactive, curious, and passionate about creating meaningful design — this one’s for you.
Your responsibilities will include: * Participating in stakeholder and team interviews to understand product needs; * Designing intuitive interface logic and user journeys; * Creating product maps, flows, and structure documentation; * Sketching wireframes and turning them into polished UI mockups; * Preparing clear design specs for handoff to developers; * Collaborating closely with your teammates and sharing design insights with the team (we support growth, not competition).
What we expect from you: * At least 6 months of commercial experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer; * Understanding of product thinking and modern principles of web/app design; * Curiosity about trends, tools, and user behavior (and the desire to test, not just scroll Dribbble); * Strong communication skills and ability to present your ideas clearly; * Team spirit and the ability to prioritize what matters most for users and business; * English level: B2 or higher — we often work with international clients; * Bonus points if you have experience in print, illustration, or motion design — we love versatile minds.
We offer: * Work in Top-employee company (according DOU 2025); * Interesting projects and challenges that will ensure your development as a specialist and as a person; and also the acceleration of our victory; * Work in a team of creative, proactive and empathic people; * Full working day with a flexible and animated schedule for you, because the main focus is the result, not the time or place; * A comfortable, stylish and sunny office with a view of the city center (Pushkinska str) and the opportunity to work at home when you feel not so full of beans or just moody or lazy (with a generator and battery installation ); * Lack of bureaucracy, regular feedback and support from colleagues; * Equal salary; * Trial period (2 months on average, but everything is in your hands, so go ahead!) * Fun parties, online-activity, picnics and more.
