Main Responsibilities: * Develop and execute content strategies for B2C communications across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and others). * Build a diverse content plan that includes educational, product-native, expert, entertaining, and trend-based content. * Create and adapt visual and written content in collaboration with designers, copywriters, and using AI tools. * Shape and maintain the brand’s tone of voice on social media. * Manage influencer marketing — from identifying and selecting creators to coordinating collaborations and measuring their effectiveness. * Prepare creative briefs and technical tasks for photo and video production. * Monitor trends and creatively adapt them to align with the brand identity. * Manage performance analytics, reporting, and continuously optimize the strategy based on data. * Support community management: respond to comments and DMs, engage in conversations, and nurture the audience. * Build and manage a functional creative team (copywriters, designers, video editors, etc.) to efficiently execute the content strategy. * Effectively delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery from the team.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in building SMM strategies and content marketing for B2C brands. * Proven portfolio of projects with social media accounts that reached 100K+ followers. * Hands-on experience with U.S. and European markets. * Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and promotion tools. * Ability to design and execute comprehensive, system-based content strategies. * Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. * Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of what high-quality content looks like. * Solid experience managing influencer collaborations. * Proficiency with social media analytics tools, content planners, and AI-based content creation tools.
