Now, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Manager to strengthen our B2B team and help us build long-term partnerships across the globe. If you’re driven, proactive, and know how to turn conversations into contracts — we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities: — Participation in development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to ensure company’s financial goals are met — Participate in development of a sales pipeline to track sales progress, forecasting and achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals — Proactively identify and engage potential business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations — Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals, ensuring that our solutions align with the specific needs of each partner — Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and expert in the sports betting market — Participate in continuous review and refinements of the sales process, tools, and materials to improve efficiency
Key requirements:
— 1+ years of experience in B2B iGaming (focus on sportsbook solutions is a plus, but not a must) — Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth — Strong understanding of the igaming industry, with deep knowledge of casino and sportsbooks, retention strategies, and market dynamics — Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deal — Ability to tailor sales approaches to different stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives — Result-oriented, resilient and persistent — English B2+ level is a must — Spanish and Portuguese will be a plus
