We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager/SDR who will be responsible for developing long-term, trusted relationships with new and existing clients, and research leads. Requirements: — Minimum of 1 year of experience in Lead Generation / SDR roles. — Proficiency with the outsource/staff augmentation business model. — English proficiency at B2+ level, capable of effectively expressing thoughts in writing, with or without tools like ChatGPT and Grammarly. — Strong independent research skills to find and organize relevant information. — High level of attentiveness and responsibility, able to manage repetitive tasks with an understanding of their significance. — Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a large amount of information. — Proficiency in Google Docs, particularly Google Sheets.
Responsibilities: — Build ICP company lists. — Research and verify information about decision-makers and obtain direct contacts. — Write custom outreach messages. — Log information into the CRM and tracking sheets
