Our ideal candidate should have: * Knowledge of the UA market. * Knowledge of the various digital marketing channels, and up-to-date on privacy/attribution challenges in the industry. * Critical thinking skills and a will to learn new skills and improve yourself. * Willingness to work with a large volume of data and numbers. * English: Upper Intermediate Level. * Portfolio of successful cases. * Work experience in a product game or app development company. * Experience with Incentive [CPA/CPE] type of traffic.
Key Responsibilities: * Creation and implementation of the purchase UA strategy and scale of advertising channels. * Participation in the creation and testing of advertising creatives. * Running and scaling advertising campaigns. * Initiating tests and testing hypotheses. * Reporting. * Conducting marketing research. * Cultivating key strategic relationships with partners. * Close collaboration with product, creative, and analytics team.
