Responsibilities: * Develop creative strategies and concepts for mobile app promotion * Optimize creatives based on analytical data and user feedback * Work closely with the Product and UA teams to identify the app’s key features and advantages * Try different collaborative approaches to boost the app’s performance * Create ads for Snapchat, TikTok, and other social media platforms * Write the scripts for TTO, evaluate results, and make reworks to improve results * Work closely with the platforms’ managers, prepare for meetings, and report meeting insights to the Lead afterward * Conduct competitor research to analyze best practices on the market * Provide UGC and trend research, implementing the best insights in creos * Create video content for creatives * Organize brainstorms with the team
Requirements: * 2 + years of experience as a creative producer in the wellness field * Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs * Ability to develop performing creative strategies and create content that effectively attracts users * Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives * Deep understanding of the UGC field / collaborating with bloggers * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Independence and willingness to push the processes * Flexibility and adaptability to fast changes * Proficiency in English — B2 level or higher * Nice to have — experience in TikTok and Snapchat ads
