About You: We’re looking for someone who: — Has a strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) to communicate effectively with our clients across chats, calls, and emails. — Is a natural problem solver, ready to listen, understand, and resolve client issues with a positive attitude. — Is empathetic and personable, making clients feel valued and heard. — Is proactive and goal-oriented, always aiming to achieve more and lead by example.
