— Spoken English level not lower than — Upper- Intermediate.
— Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
— Understanding the web/mobile development life cycle and project planning.
Your responsibilities:
— Communication with the team.
— Team management and coordination between team participants (distribution of workload by task, timely distribution of available resources).
— Preparation and definition of schedule, budget, and resource plans based on approved team composition.
— Ensuring a transparent work process for all parties involved.
— Defining project criteria and development strategies to meet requirements and ensure the highest quality of the project.
— Control of the change management process.
— Control of the development to ensure its compliance with the budget project and deadlines.
— Usage of various methods of risk management and control.
