We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable General Assistant who will be responsible for managing our online storefronts, providing customer support, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is a fast learner, proactive, and ready to jump in and help wherever needed. Requirements: * Strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly. * Proactive attitude, ready to take on any task and solve problems independently. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop) is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Familiarity with basic customer service principles. * Technical proficiency (comfortable learning new software and tools).
Main Responsibilities: 1. Storefront Management (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop) * Monitor and update product listings, prices, descriptions, and images. * Do basic storefront updates, manage Shopify plugins. * Manage discount codes, promotions, and special offers. * Track sales, refunds, and customer feedback.
2. Customer Support and Order Management * Provide customer support via email and social media platforms (maybe live chat in the future). * Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. * Track order status, coordinate with the fulfillment team, and ensure timely delivery. * Manage customer complaints, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
3. Administrative Support * Manage emails and respond to any sort of inquiries. * Support influencer outreach and collaboration coordination. * Coordinate with suppliers for product inventory, restocking, and quality control. * Maintain and organize digital documents, including product inventory, order records, invoices, etc. * Track and report on sales performance, social media engagement, email and other marketing related metrics. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports for review.

Content & Social Media * Plan and execute content campaigns across core social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). * Create all sorts of content for social channels using AI. * Track own and competitors content performance across social channels. * Come up with new content ideas and continuously experiment with new formats. * Collaborate with influencers to promote content and products.
Operations Manager * Take over the operations and run the business as a General Manager.
