We’re expanding our sports product team and looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a well-structured, domain-focused environment.
2 Openings — You’ll work either across native mobile or backend streams (iOS/Android & Sports Core), covering everything from refined BRDs to blocker resolution.
Solid API understanding, ownership mindset, and clear communication are key.
Requirements * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and to transfer received information to the developer team; * Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements; * Strong understanding of APIs, their functionality, and how they facilitate integration between different systems; * Ability to understand data structures and map data between different systems, ensuring smooth integration; * Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations; * Possession of a structured, processand result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems; * Understanding of the Ukrainian language and an intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities * Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks; * Analysis of the elicited requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story, use cases); * Creation and maintenance of documentation in areas of responsibility (BRD, requirements specifications, user manual, maintenance manual, etc.); * Create and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists; * Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team; Facilitation of refinement sessions * Interaction with QAs while preparing the test cases and testing product; * Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility. This knowledge is used to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements; * Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company to expand and use advanced approaches and technologies.
