As we expand our Agentic AI offerings, we’re seeking a strategic AI leader to help clients move from AI ambition to intelligent agent systems.
Role Overview
As an AI Strategist, you’ll lead the design and definition of agentic AI systems for financial institutions during our 4-week Agentic AI Sprint. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to uncover use cases, define agent roles, align with technical and compliance constraints, and shape scalable AI architectures.
Key Responsibilities * Lead AI strategy workshops with C-level stakeholders in banking, fintech, and asset management * Translate business objectives into high-impact AI use cases and agentic pipelines * Define roles, functions, and logic of intelligent agents within client ecosystems * Collaborate with AI Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Managers during sprint execution * Evaluate client data assets, systems, and readiness for agentic AI integration * Draft technical strategy documents, AI blueprints, and architecture recommendations * Stay current with advancements in LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, AI governance, and financial regulations
Required Skills & Experience * 5+ years in AI consulting or enterprise AI design * Proven experience designing or deploying GenAI / LLM-based solutions * Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., ReAct, AutoGen, LangGraph, crewAI) * Strong understanding of wealth management, private banking, or financial services workflows * Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating executive-level discussions * Comfortable working in agile sprint environments and cross-functional teams * Strategic thinker with an ability to simplify complex problems into actionable plans
Preferred Qualifications * Experience with compliance-heavy AI systems (KYC, AML, ESG, Risk) * Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system integration * Exposure to UX principles for AI-powered user experiences * Understanding of data privacy, explainability, and AI governance best practices
