Role Overview
As the Agentic AI Sprint Lead, you’ll be the key orchestrator of our high-impact AI sprints — managing everything from use case prioritization to client alignment to day-to-day execution. You’ll interface with financial institutions, lead structured discovery and validation, and manage a cross-functional team to deliver agentic AI prototypes with measurable outcomes.
This role blends strategic product thinking, client leadership, and agile delivery — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation, execution, and AI-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Sprint Discovery & Framing
* Lead workshops with client stakeholders to identify high-value agentic AI use cases
* Translate complex business needs into sprintable technical goals
* Define scope, success metrics, and sprint timelines
Sprint Execution & Delivery
* Manage the 4-week Agentic AI Sprint lifecycle (kick-off → handover)
* Coordinate cross-functional work across AI Engineers, Designers, Analysts
* Ensure timely delivery of all sprint outputs: agent definitions, architecture docs, POC prototypes, governance briefs
* Facilitate design reviews, technical validations, and client feedback loops
Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for client sponsors and technical leads
* Set clear expectations, report on progress, and manage blockers
* Ensure client satisfaction, alignment, and path toward post-sprint success
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years in product, consulting, or solution delivery roles in AI, fintech, or enterprise innovation
* Experience managing AI or GenAI projects — especially LLM-based or agentic workflows
* Strong understanding of intelligent agent systems, prompt design, AI UX, and data orchestration
* Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and facilitate business—tech alignment
* Familiarity with agile sprints, design thinking, and enterprise stakeholder management
* Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in financial services, wealth management, or regulatory tech
* Understanding of AI governance, risk management, and compliance implications
* Exposure to agent orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, crewAI, LangGraph)
* Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams (AI, UX, strategy, engineering)
